Striking metal panels from Zahner, a renowned architectural metals manufacturer, are offered in blackened steel, stainless steel, weathering steel, iridescent steel, and copper, enabling designers and architects to deliver originality, quality, and beauty.
Extrusion color choices are available in clear, black, bronze, or custom powder coating.
Zahner partners with suppliers that use recycled metals where possible and uniquely deploys a wastewater management system that captures all metals and solids for recycling and reclaims effluent for reuse.
Three unique, proprietary attachment systems provide a distinct finished look.
Panel substrates, and installation systems are designed to accommodate multiple metal thicknesses in sizes up to 5’ x 12’.
The point-accessible system allows for the removal and replacement of individual panels.

WALL SYSTEM DESIGNS
Luster has three attachment design options that all follow the same simple installation procedure. If you decide to highlight the aluminum profiles between panels, we have a variety of anodized colors to choose from or specify any powder coat color.
LUSTER SHADOW™
Luster Shadow creates a slim 3/16” reveal between panels with a single fin flush with the surface of the metal panels.
LUSTER BLIND™
Luster Blind has no visible extrusions and provides an open joint between panels that can range from 1/8” to 1”.
LUSTER SHINE™
Luster Shine provides linear light between the panels and can be combined with Luster Shadow or Luster Blind.

Luster metal patinas and finishes are produced by Zahner, a Kansas City-based company that has been manufacturing and innovating architectural metals for over 125 years.
